Warranty Repair - We are an authorized warranty repair center for Abu Garcia, Daiwa, Mitchell, Johnson, Quantum, and Zebco reels. When sending in a reel for warranty service, be sure to include your proof of purchase.
Service and Repair
- We are an authorized service center for many more brands, including Cabela's, Penn, Pflueger, Shakespeare, Shimano, Okuma, and more. Include your name, address, phone number, and a short description of any problem areas of your reels when sending them in.
When we clean and service your reel, it is disassembled, and the parts are cleaned by hand and inspected - straitened, adjusted, or replaced if needed. Then it's reassembled with top-quality greases and oils. We use time-tested lubes that will work in any climate, and we offer Ardent Reel Butter, and Quantum Hot Sauce lubes by request. Glenn's stocks over 130,000 parts, so most repairs can be made without waiting for a parts order to arrive.

Parts and shipping additional - when needed. Return shipping via USPS Priority Mail Insured or FedEx Ground - whichever is cheaper.
Carefully package the reel(s). Include a note that contains your name, address, phone number, and a description of what is needed or wrong with the reel(s). Include proof of purchase for all warranty repairs.
