Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange.


RETURNS


All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned new items must be in new unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. All returned factory reconditioned items must be returned in like new condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS


To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and ship your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and that the item(s) arrive in good condition. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured method to ship your return.


REFUNDS


After receiving your return and inspecting your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow several days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you when your return has been processed.

Actual cost of shipping and payment processing will be deducted from the refund and the balance will be credited back via the same payment processor. Payment processing fees can be as high as 3.5% and are not refundable. Shipping fees are not refundable.


EXCEPTIONS


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below. New and factory reconditioned products come with a manufacturers warranty that will cover defects and/or damage. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage.


Please Note:


  • Must be returned in the original packaging and include all parts, accessories, manuals, and hardware.
